人们普遍认为，“千禧一代”(Millennials)更喜欢积累经 验，而非个人财产一一这被视为他们与前几代人之间的根本 区别，其中的一个原因可能是“千禧一代”对待就业市场的态 度与以往不同：如今的就业市场流动性更强，让人们不再那 么固守(be rooted to)一个地方，从而更容易地追随自己 的工作。It is generally believed that the "Millennials" prefer to accumulate experience rather than personal property, which is regarded as the fundamental difference between them and previous generations. One reason may be that the "Millennials" have a different attitude towards the job market than before: today's job market is more mobile, so that people are not so rooted to one place, so that they can more easily follow their own work.
