北京大学是中国最早传播和研究马克思主义的地方，为马克思主义在中国的传播和中国共产党的成立作出了重要贡献。今年是马克思诞辰200周年，也是《共产党宣言》诞生170周年。我们对马克思和《共产党宣言》的最好纪念，就是把党的十九大精神和新时代中国特色社会主义思想这一当代中国马克思主义研究好、宣传好、贯彻好。

Peking University was the earliest place to spread and study Marxism in China, making important contributions to the spread of Marxism in China and the founding of the Communist Party of China.This year marks the 200th anniversary of Marx's birth and the 170th anniversary of the Communist Manifesto.The best way for us to commemorate Marx and the Communist Manifesto is to study, publicize and implement contemporary Chinese Marxism, the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
